Guide to the Program
Cuisine Arts diploma provides comprehensive and rigorous training for aspiring chefs. The program will cover professional techniques, principles and fundamentals needed to build a foundation in gaining organization skills, flavor development and culinary arts. Students will enjoy a combination of hands-on experiences and in classroom theory concepts for a combined program.
This course consists of 4 modules over a period of 11 months. Students will explore similarities between current food production systems in your home country and those in other regions of the world. Students will understand how to use different cooking strategies on command, develop an understanding of food sources and their availability, using the process of substitutions as needed. This diploma focuses on the heritage of the Culinary Arts as an art form and the student acquires in-depth artistic appreciation for their chosen profession.
