Hospitality management course will introduce students to the various aspects of the hospitality industry with focus of career in hotels, resorts, restaurants and more.

This course consists of 4 modules over a period of 11 months. Student will develop their knowledge and theories applicable to hospitality management and be fully qualified to supports their development as managers within the hospitality industry. Students will learn roles how to handle the management duties in a hotel, resort or similar venue that center on providing exceptional guest experiences service management and hotel operations. The Hospitality Management Program will cover topics related to service management, guest management and satisfaction, guest interaction and communication and a lot more.
