From this course, students will be able to understand the concept of Printmaking. They will be able to make prints, taking ideas from objects in nature and their surroundings. They will learn different types of printing techniques and their usage in everyday life.

Print Making

• They will be able to understand the quality of paints, inks, papers, and their behavior when they are applied on different surfaces.
• It will help students to understand print as a medium of artistic expression. They will also be able to create blocks and print them accordingly.
• Learn about print and its origin, Printing techniques, Silkscreen, Woodcut, Single and multi-color

Illustration

• From this module student will be able to understand the drawing through human anatomy.
• They shall be able to draw fast.
• They shall learn the different types of Illustration techniques and their purpose in everyday life.
• They will be able to understand the quality of illustration, inks, papers, and their behavior when they are in applied on different surfaces.
• It will help student understand drawing as a medium of artistic expression.
• After this they shall be able draw to create expressive illustration and apply different techniques accordingly.
• Learn about Rapid sketches, understanding of proportion, Drawing from human anatomy, Black and white, Flat colors

Computer Graphics

• From this module student will be able to understand computer technology used in the area of art.
• They will be able to operate computers and use them for their artistic purpose.
• They will learn the different types of basic software and graphic software, which are widely used for the graphical representation.
• Learn about utilities, Graphics Software, Bitmap Graphics, Vector Graphics, Use of Photoshop.
