Guide to the Program
Students will understand the importance of visual literacy, composition, lighting and knowhow of photography studios. In addition to learning techniques of graphic arts industry students will understand the historical and contemporary context in the world of photography. Our students will develop an appreciation of photography as an art and craft.
Students will learn the differences in modern cameras, step-by-step instructions on how to make great photos that are worthy of submission, understand the range of photography options available, camera lenses, exposure, and lighting.

Requirements
- • No previous experience is required
- • Willing to travel outside of campus for photoshoot
- • Needs to have their own equipment’s (basic DSLR equipment e.g. Canon 1300D)
- • Casual dress code
