Student will study operational and managerial practices related to hospitality management. You’ll learn about budgeting, cost control, loss preventions and operational meetings. Students will understand how  planning and purchasing plays a big role in hospitality industry. Student will also learn hotel operations and management skills necessary to run smooth operations.
