Guide to the Program
Along with the detailed study of needle craft and the element of fashion in it, the students will study the post-production methods of fashion designing such as retailing, marketing, and merchandising. A fashion and textile designing diploma holder should also be able to conduct and run business post the course. Post-production methods are vital for a career in fashion and textile industry and prospective entrepreneur, alike. This final module in the course will also help students dive deep into the advanced techniques adopted in current textile industry. Students will also do various practical works at par with current industry standards and develop a portfolio of their designs.
