Discipline yourself to adhere to your “on” and “off” hours
Building on our previous point, ensuring that you have put in place time blocks dedicated to academic work, social time, personal time etc. and being disciplined about consistently adhering to those activities during their allotted times will go a long way in aiding you towards achieving a healthy “School-life” balance. Having smaller time windows dedicated to a variety of activities will also ensure you are fully focused on the tasks at hand and thoroughly in the moment.

Being open to new experiences, cultures and people can also go a long way in ensuring you make the best of your experiences on and off campus.
